To those who say T-Mac has no killer instinct, had that shot gone in it would have given us momentum to the point of no return and buried the Lakers. He was gonna kill them right there. As he was coming up court I wanted him to shoot that so badly. I said to myself "Bury them!!!" when he came across halfcourt.

You always gotta take 2 or 3 of these.

he used to make those daggers w/ regularity. he needs to start making his 3s at a 37-38% clip and he'll avg 30 easy this yr.

but yes, he tried to go for the kill twice w/ consecutive 3pt shots. but missed. but u knew tmac wanted to put some oohs and aahs in the crowd w/ those 3s if they did go in.

glad to see him having fun and smiling on the court and laughing at kobe while he was whining

I SAW THE GAME TOO, AND WHENEVER KOBE WAS ON TMAC, HE COULDNT DO **** UNLESS HE GOT A PICK OR HE PASSED THE BALL. IT SURE LOOKED LIKE TMAC WAS EITHER SCARED OR HE HAD MAD RESPECT FOR KOBE.

Well. As I remember Kobe either couldn't do much when Tracy was guardin' him.

Scared, probably not. Worried about being traded, probably.

In this offense T-Mac will play off the ball more, he will be finishing and not creating like he should.

BTW Kobe need picks yo get free too, the problem he is a ballhoog and wants the ball all the time, and forgot about teammates taking horrible shoots many times.

Thats a heaping load of crud. Respect, sure. FEAR? No way.

I was at the game, and McGrady used picks ALL GAME long. Thats just how he operates. There's gonna be a noticeable difference between being guarded by Luke Walton and then getting Kobe on him. Cuz Kobe decides to guard him he should take it as a 1-on-1 challenge and change his game to out-better him? Leave that brand of ball for Mike James, the Rockets have an offense to run and a game to win.

You forgot the defensive side. When Kobe was being guarded by McGrady, Kobe sure WISH he got some picks cuz he wasn't doing much of anything either against him. And Kobe was using those picks too, not like it was all exclusive to McGrady.

Kobe is a quicker player plain and simple. BUT, people forget that T-Mac is almost 6-9. He is extremely quick for someone that size. The fact that he even plays and moves like a guard is amazing.

tmac uses a lot of picks. it's so he can play off the ball so he doens't have to do so much to get shots.

on pick and rolls, it's to create for others and draw double teams.

he isoed on kobe several times and beat him with ease.

when tmac was on kobe, he used picks every time too. so is he scared of tmac? :(

i'll admit t-mac doesn't seem to go as hard on offense when he's playing against Kobe as much as he does against LeBron and Durant. however maybe Kobe just tries so hard that T-Mac's pales in comparison.

    10-20 for 30 pts??

tmac jacked up 6 shots in the first quarter and just missed. he wanted to get off to a great start to tell the league who's better if anything.

the 4th, adelman used the pick and rolls a lot and tmac got doubled.

He didn't feel it in the 1st but he kept shootin' and he found his rythm.

10-20 , 30 pts are really good stats

that's what i'm saying. if he was truly intimidated by kobe, he would have wilted after that pathetic first quarter.

but by coming back and dominating, that showed he sees kobe as any other stars in the L. he comes hard at that player.

Agree. And I can easily say he even played a better game. He wasn't that frustrated, selfish (I mean he didn't think like Kobe "just to score one more points again and again...")
