I'd be happy if he just limits the turnovers and pass good. AND one more thing, dont yall notice that whenever he drives in now, he doesn't dunk the ball, he just lays it up, and most of the time, he misses it, i get so mad..

i just want him to make all his 3's. And I want the ball in Vspan's hands in the clutch.

i think he can do everything physically he could in the past. he's hurt himself dunking too hard before and i think mentally is the only reason he doesn't attack the same. come playoff time when it's essential he goes all-out, he will.

To the topic question: Yes, he will. I am 100% confident he will.

He is in coast mode right now, because he sees that we can win games without him dominating with a healthy lineup, and he's right. He's sort of stepped into an "I'm here if you need me" role, and in the playoffs... we're going to need him.

Now that's not to say he's not still getting his share of shots (although he's shooting slightly less), but he's not being nearly as aggressive with those shots and in creating space as I expect he will be in May.

Just to add to that, thugh, he is still playing excellent basketball. McGrady's shooting percentage is one of the most misleading individual statistics in the league. There is no way in hell we win 8 of the last 9 games without him.

I wouldnt say he's struggling now. He can still score just as easily in iso and transition, alot of which we saw in Orlando when TMac had to play with an unfortunate front court rotation of Juwan Howard, Drew Gooden, Andrew DeClerq and Steven Hunter. We saw alot of this type of game when Yao was out. Now the challenge for JVG is to balance TMac and Yao.
