the raiders definitely got done dirty on that TD call and on the pass interference, that ball was about 5 yards out of bounds, so unless superman was running that route (and i didn't notice him sign with the titans this offseason), it was uncatchable. the only reason it made me mad was b/c gannon is my fantasy qb and i wanted him to have a chance at another TD. if i was a raiders fan, i would definitely be pissed off. i was pretty sure they said you can call holding on an uncatchable ball, but not PI.

Steve McNair's one of my favorite players. He's a competitor. I think he was probable or questionable for every single game last season due to a multitude of injuries he seems to always play through. In fact, I could say the same thing about Eddie George.

Best QB - I would still take Favre this year. He is more proven than anyone out there. Yes he makes lots of mistakes (too many ints notably) but he is a leader and a winner.

If I was starting a franchise or lookign outwards no question I take Vick. He has all the tools (plus some) plus he seems like a good guy.

So McNair may be the best QB this year but for this year I would stick with Favre and I think long term Vick will be better. But he has come a long ways the last few years. It was only 3-4 years ago when it was Eddie's team and he was there to just not make many mistakes.

As for the bad call in the Raiders game - Well maybe it was catchable, maybe it wasn't. Problem was the Raider DB commited interference. If he wouldn't have gotten beaten and interfered then you wouldn't have to worry if it was a bad call or not. He clearly interfered, at that point it became a decision as to wheter it was catchable or not.

McNair is a great QB. Top 5 in the league without a doubt. His combination of toughness and arm strength makes him outstanding. I would say right now my top 5 are (in no order) Gannon, McNair, Favre, McNabb and Vick.

The TD call in the Raiders game was BS. It wasnt much in doubt. It was a lousy call. there was absoloutely no way he was coming down in bounds. I watched that game with a bunch of friends who mostly dislike Oakland anyway but even they admitted those calls were just BAD.

He's at the top as far as leadership and character. But if we are going by pure passing skills, or overall talent, I would take McNabb, Manning, Vick, Culpepper, Brooks, Favre, and Garcia over him.

    In a word... yes.

God I love being a Titans fan! Now if Jeff Fisher finally takes the reigns off McNair, we can see some of that Alcorn State ability! 4,000 yards baby!

Vick has a much stronger arm and quicker release then McNair. Vick exceles in just about every athletic catagory over McNair and anyone else in the league. Also, McNair doesn't throw a deep ball very well but he excels in the short and intermediate passes. What McNair's got is heart and a very strong knowledge of the Titans offensive philosophy. He makes plays when they count and he is my favoirte QB in the NFL.

The Guy has alot of heart but IMO he`s not the best. I would rank him in the top 8.

    Favre
    Vick
    Gannon
    Mcnabb
    Manning
    Garcia
    Culpepper
    McNair

Eddie runs like a girl now...no power, no hard running, just pure wuss.

    McNair IS the best.....

As for the catch, he might have been able to get both feet down...did you see Jarivicius tonight?

You can be falling out of bounds and drag your feet....but no matter Titans won...

    :)
