I loved Truman and everything I have heard about him.. He didn't attack gun rights. Took care of people with programs yet was more aggressive on foreign policy than many if not most Republicans...and he had to make a vey difficult decision...actually more than one..He is often referred to as the only President that never lied....Now, Obama is no Truman, but I think he is the closest yet...

No, I'm not advocating that he drop the bomb on N.K., but the thing is it seems N.K. is really trying to force the U.S. to act with targeting a missle test on 4th of July aimed at Hawaii...

Gates has said we are ready for whatever.

I just seen this recap on t.v., I will try to get links later

There's been a lot of speculation on Kim Jong Il's health ever since he had a stroke last year. This spurt of saber-rattling has nothing to do with Obama, and is more about solidifying national support for the NK regime before he dies and passes the torch to his youngest son.

Exactly. It isn't time to hit the panic button just yet. Like every single day for the past 5 decades with North Korea, we should stay prepared for the worst and ready to act with a hair trigger.
