I did not post this to be a hoax. Again. I was in my car and caught the tail end of it saying Mutumbo would get the start. I didn't hear anything before it. So they might have said if Ming can't go. They might have said Ming will start with Mutumbo. I don't know. All I know is that I am 100% sure they said Mutumbo will start at the end of the update. Not trying to start rumors. I am asking the question. Is Ming out??
That's some flu. Tmac gets double teamed all night long, even w/o the ball. He still puts up 43. If we are to have any chance of winning, our defense needs to be superb.
If Mutombo can score 8-10 points and get about 10 rebounds .... and knock someone out (j/k) our chances of winning will improve.
Yup, we may win without Yao then at the New Year's day, Yao will be traded for Spreewell and Cassell.

I hope it'll be a close game (Win by 1~3pt) otherwise here's what we'll see on this board on the New Year Day: Rockets kick asses and win by 10+ without Yao: "Yao slowed down the team" "Yao's cancer/bad luck" "I'll tell you why Yao sucked" "Trade Yao when he's still valuable" "Amare's 10x better than Yao" ..... treads will pop up. Rockets ruins the New Year party and lost again to the Bucks: "JVG ..... (you know)" "who will be the next coach poll" threads once again will be everywhere.
It will be strange not seeing Yao on the court tonight. Yao hasn't miss a game as a Rocket. Hopefully Mumtombo lay one on Redd and Mason tonight.
someone said on bballboard.net: his friend (working at Toyota Center) called him Yao suddenly fainted and fell unconscious on the floor during the training today. Yao was sent to the hospital for further examination.
