I have read where the knees were repaired and he just has to force himself to work through reahb and conditioning. He seems to have a diffenent opinion. Are the knees going to come back. Will this guy be just a cap hit standing in the way of adding players for the next two years or can he contribute at a $22 million a year clip. Given the huge salary, should the Rox be looking to trade?
If you trade for Wally and let his deal expire, what key addition could be had this summer? I'd rather hang on to him, if he comes back from injury that would be great. If he doesn't, let his deal expire and chase a big free agent in 2010. Either way I think hanging on to him would be more benficial to us.
Agreed! But I hope he would come back from that injury and still contribute to our team, otherwise he's worthless to trade for nobody.Hate to see him washed-up so soon.
Did this really need it's own thread? His is worth more to us than what we could get back in return His value is at an all time low...why trade now? He'll put a tampon in and get over the knee pain
I wasn't being serious. Mcgrady will come back at full strength and everybody will jump back on the bandwagon , I am not worried.
Word. And how the hell did this thread have three stars (until I voted a second ago)??? I really wonder about Rockets fans...
Haha you people are crazy. Keep Tmac, in 2010 we just don't resign and go after a FA! Anways, if we did want to trade him, I wouldn't do it now. His value is just to low, wait until he comes back and starts playing, then trade him at the end of the season. In July 2008 offers: Billups+Prince/Sheed In December 2008: Wally Hahah
Until he gets injuried again, and everybody jumps off the bandwagon. Anyway i don´t think T-Mac has any real trade value right now, he may have it once he´ll be in his contract year because A) He´ll be a expiring, and B) He will play as if he cares.
For the love... Get off T-mac for the moment. Enjoy your Friday and be patient for the playoffs. Please.
Redd and Villenueva for Tmac...and throw in dorsey. its about a mil off but I am sure a trade exception could make it work or something. Would make the bucks more flashy in there no hope for playoff season and still keep expiring contract for 2010. We get our outside shooter and a back up to yao. Only problem is what would we have to do to talk them into it lol. If we cant pull that off I say we do what we have to...for us to get jokim noah from the bulls...I dont know what it would take but they are just sitting him. I doubt they take head.
same ****, different thread. Honestly people, lets find something new to talk about. McGrady is NOT done. There is no trade out there for T that will make us better.
Wait didn't even read the last part. Did you really just propose a T-mac for Joakim Noah trade? Goodness
