Yep. Incredibly gutsy, clutch performance today.

Popping a separated shoulder back in and bringing your team back from down 0-17 and giving them a chance to win the game.

    Guy is a stud.

Haters keep proving themselves to be know-nothing blowhards.

The kind of performance we lauded Yao for last year in the play-offs. Yao's performance was bigger than the game, just like Schaub's.

I agree. Emotional victories are what it's all about. We are the Super Bowl champs of emotional victories.

It's not the QB's fault. I blame our lack of secondary, coaching, and running game.

My bad, posting gifs as replies is really what it's all about.

    A ballsy performance by Schaub.

He rebounded well after a bad performance last week.

LOL wow used the word performance twice

It's good to know that our QB position is set for years. He just has to stay healthy.

CometsWin with another narrow minded view of the game!

Your boy Mr Clutch Rex Grossman did real well! Our offense looked amazing!!!

It amazes me that sexy rexy couldn't throw a simple slant. Also, we really missed the boat with the Orvlosky signing.

David Carr would be a better backup QB

Since when was Rex my boy? Since I never mentioned him once? Right. Any criticism of Schaub equates to believing Rex is the answer. You my friend are way more money than Matt Schaub. Your precise understanding of the arguments, it's just unparalleled.

I would say our offense looked amazing with Matt Schaub today. Another 18 points on the ticker, a meaningless late touchdown. It was amazing!!! Is that the third sub 20 point performance in the last four games out of Super Schaub? Maybe I have my math wrong.

We should invest our first rounder on a quarterback, go out and sign another free agent quarterback with our off-season budget and leave every other facet of our team alone. Schaub is clearly the problem as to why we lose every game.

Our secondary didnt lose us this game, Rex Grossman didnt contribute to losing this game, our defense not able to tackle MJD towards the end didnt contribute to losing us this game, Kubiak's playcalling (Chris Brown pass/interception) didnt contribute to losing this game, SCHAUB LOST US THIS GAME!!!!

Well you keep making the argument that wins lie solely on the quarterback and that's what makes them clutch. Rex Grossman "lead" his team to a superbowl..MR CLUTCH

Rex is your boy by default since winning = clutch and Grossman was the Bears QB when they went to the Super Bowl.

Maybe you should go back and read the title of this thread my genius friend. You appear to be talking about today's loss and assigning blame for our offense's 18 point display and I'm talking Schaub's uncanny ability to be clutch and lose in the process.

Hahahahah wow...OK you right there sealed your own grave and destroyed ANY credibility you may have had in terms of football.

Let's see, we are down 11 with about 4 minutes left and we are in the redzone...a touchdown IS REALLY MEANINGLESS! If we score there (which we did) we would be down by at the MOST drrrr FIVE with just under 4 minutes left and TWO TIMESOUTS and the 2-minutes warning, with that combined with a defense that could hold them (which they didnt, Schaubs fault of course) then we would get the ball back. That NEVER happens in ANY FOOTBALL game though...why did we even play the fourth quarter?!?!?!?!?!?

I've made that argument exactly zero times. Like I said, you're right on target as usual.

I've destroyed my credibility YET AGAIN!!! The horra of pointing to a too little too late touchdown with four minutes left when you've only scored 11 points the entire rest of the game to just barely lose this game that was just within our grasp to win!!! Man, that late meaningless touchdown thing never happens in football and it didn't happen last week either.
