He only wears the goofy headbands during games -- when he is out he seems pretty comfortable with his hairline. He even makes fun of it in that phone commercial at the barbershop. Wait... why the **** did I just post in this thread?
Endorsements!!!!!!!!!! You don't see that many, or any bald Nike endorsers. NBA is a young man's game, they would want to have an image, not an image of an NBA player with an old man's hair. Tiger is balding faster, but luckily he wears a hat to play and usually wears a hat to interviews.
if we can't get to grow hair back without having a painful surgery, how are we supposed to time travel? :smh at science: Gtfo, science! science did a chokejob!
Balding hair is what kept all those endorsements from piling up on Michael Jordan's doorstep. Oh, and Kareem Abdul-Jabar had his career cut short due to baldness.
His hairline is just not that bad. I think people are just looking for imperfections among his otherwise impeccable body YES HOMOOOO.
The going bald part is a natural part of life but the fact that he's trying hard to cover it up is funny. MJ just said f*** it, shaved his head and made bald heads cool for black guys. Ppl laugh at insecurity. Especially when you're the best at whatever it is you do.
On that front, I think LeBron had the power to have gone with his naturally receding hairline & made even that acceptable for his age.
Touche. He doesnt have the charisma of MJ to do that. Judging by the type of ppl who think he's some sort of messiah (jgreen/SacTown, Population of Miami, bandwagoners, etc.) worrying about something as inane as balding at 28 despite his accomplishments falls right in line.
