    Oh ****! Hayes is +8.

Adelman is an idiot. He should give Landry's minutes to Hayes and the Rockets would win by 20.

Ridiculous. He's been good, but he's nothing more than a role player. This is his first 20 point game. RELAX. Luther Head scored 28, but he's no T-mac. If he could get 10+ the rest of the year then I'll be surprised.

Real deal, most athletic player on the team and maybe even worthy enough to start a game before the ASB. Move Battier to SG and play Landry at SF with T-mac on the bench. Battier can show his worth at SG and get some 20+ pts. I must be dreaming... :p

    Wow!!

Simply all we have to say. It sounded good when they drafted him. "The first pick in the 2nd round, was essentially a late 1st rounder" But honestly, we are pretty diligent in following the Rockets and read the scouting reports by NBAdraft, Espn, Clutchfans, etc. They guy was another undersized powerforward at 6'7" possibly shorter. Had some good, but he's just another 2nd round wan-a-be. Another Rhoderick Rhodes, Randy Livingston, another wasted pick!!! After all, he wasn't a guy who fell out of Mock drafts into our lap, I don't ever think I saw him projected anywhere near the 1st round. Again, another wasted pick, Right?

This explosive Landry would have been the right pick in the 1st round. Now, after teams start trying to box him out, are they going to be successful? When they try to figure out his game! You know no defensive team is going to sit idly by and let some dude aggressivly shoot 8-10 or 15-20 in a game (80 or 75%) Which Landry seem capable of doing. His shots are dunks, around the rim, and some nice wide open jumpers. Sure he is creative around the rim, but what happens when the double teams start shadowing the man!!! He's going to be another..............Decoy!!! :D

Yeah baby!!!! That means less attention on Yao and McGrady!!!!!

You know what? It is not his verticle that is impressive to me, it is his quickness on the jump...how fast he gets off his feet.

Quickness is a MAJOR advantage, it was one of Hakeem's biggest assets....

Most bigs are not quick....and it seems that Landry has a major advantage there, which will bode very well for his future.

By that way, it's that explosiveness that is doing it for him. As teams are doubling down on Yao, they don't have enough time to get back on defense because as they get there Landry is already three-quarters of the way to stuffing down a dunk.

Teams are going to face this scenario. You either get posterized by Landry or you get beat by the "Great Wall" Yao Ming?

Exactly, or they get beat by the guile of Scola....

Now if we could just get a starting PG.....

him and scola are the real deal, ship chuck hayes outta here, i love him and his defense, but both landry and scola's defense arent half bad, scola is very crafty and can create his own shots around the post, and landry is a monster when he gets open, a perfect compliment on the offense alongside yao(who draws double teams all the time), him and landry can keep the defense honest, we will never lose another game to gay fronting etc because of hayes.

He somewhat reminds me of Boozer from what I've seen...and dont say Amare...Landry can actually rebound.

real deal.....................he reminds me of mini Otis Thorpe with the way he finishes around the basket.....I didn't even know he had that jumpshot until last night.....................he and Scola have definitely solved our problem at the 4 spot.............
