Is Kobe the Only Player Who Whines?

I see Kobe b**** but at least some of the time it's justified. Tim Duncan b****es about everything, I'm so glad he lost this year. Piece of crap.

 

When we say Kobe is a whiner, it's not just whining to refs about fouls. It's also about whining to his team, taking the team in hostage, forcing them to cater to his desires, flirting with the Clippers just to see how the Lakers would react. Basically, he thinks the team plays for him, not the other way around.

Also, when he was criticized of being a ballhog, he basically threw a game by refusing to shoot for the whole half, just to make a point.

Even Phil Jackson once talked about how Kobe when in high school tried to sabotage his own game to get what he wanted.

 

I think the reason why Kobe could whine so much was because of the no trade clause in his contract. I remember the media reporting that he was the only player in the NBA with it.

You can bet he would've been gone before the Gasol trade if he didn't have that clause.

My thoughts exactly. Has this section become Lakersground.net? I think its gotten so bad that there should be a sticky thread dedicated to Kobe discussion.

 

Besides Koby you must also consider Tim Duncan and all of the Spurs team including their coach + The whole Utah Jazz and coach.+ Dirk and several of the Mavericks team.
