Nope, he has not proved himself to be a good one in any team as a coach. but he is a good fit to Morey.

 

He's the worst coach. His asst coaches do the heavy lifting and enable him to hold on to his position for a while.

My feeling is McHale needs another year, but team direction has shifted and shifted hard. It goes without saying — this is going to be a very important year for Kevin McHale
