I'm willing to see where this team, as is, can take us this season, and then dedicate all of our resources (i.e. iPads) to getting Hayward to sign here in the off-season. Any trade you make right now (outside of the dregs of the roster) will hurt this team badly in the short term, and I think seriously affect team chemistry. Right now, the rapport between the entire team is something to behold, and I wouldn't want to bring morale down by bringing in an outsider.
