because they don't want too. . . . .they never see themselves in that position If someone who watch any of us do our jobs . . for about 1/100th of the time we spend doing it [say . . watch you for 3 days out of the year] then start being hyper critical and asking for changes I think most folx would get a bit of a 'tude about this guy that ain't been here long enough to finish a cup of coffee telling me how to do my job I don't care how many other people he saw do my job.
