Is it possible for the rockets to get the 14th and 15th pick in this years draft??

I agree. I was just throwing things out there. Any how, i am pretty much ready to give up on trading up in the lottery. Especially when it looks like we might have a better chance at trading our lower picks to get higher picks in the teens. I thinking T. Will and the #23 can get us the 16th or 17th picks. Then Bud and #38 can get us anywhere from 18 to 20th pick. I would rather they target the higher teen picks( 14,16,17,18,19 ) to get Nogueira, Singleton, a Morris twin and another PG.
