Is it better to vote early or on election day

    Question: I sent in my voter registration card on Oct. 2. I was registered for McLennan County so I had to change it to Harris. Are they supposed to send me something telling me where to go to vote, or am I supposed to go to the nearest place and bring my ID? wasn't sure if I'm supposed to be getting something in the mail before I vote...

    It's been a couple years, I'm rusty...
