I don't think Coach is overrated. Heck, he's been better than I expected. I think we'll have a winning team this season, one that will see us in the playoffs. with a significant part of the reason due to Ime Udoka and his staff. Their positive impact last season on our young team was obvious. It will be even more obvious this season, in my opinion.

Um, no. Holiday was a undersized but stout defender who held his ground against bigger opponents. The most targeted player on defense was Alperen Sengun. Holiday's a big reason why our defense was so good. Everything you're saying is inaccurate

Holiday is a joke playing together with Fred VanVleet, all those off balance shots. Undersized backcourt was terrible on defense.

I don’t know why I bother arguing with a twelve year old. RC is the most ill informed poster on this board.

Unfortunately, our defense was slightly better with Holiday instead of Jalen.

Disagree there, that stretch of Games Jalen Green played great, he was really special defensively, his lateral quickness guarding DeRozan, Booker were frustrated. DeRozan got a Flagrant on Jalen Green, Booker got a Teammates dirty pick. Green got injured. If Jalen Green focuses on defense first and offense 2nd with Sengun. The Team becomes another Level and becomes a Playoff Team.

Yes, IF Green focuses on defense. So far, I have only seen him make the effort very sporadically. I hope that will change. It would really help us win. Sengun is less quick and athletic than Green, but works a lot harder on defense.

How you disagree with facts? Holiday's defense was great. However Jalen's defense was solid especially the 2nd half. But to say Holiday's defense was bad is just false.

I wouldn't call Holiday's defense being bad but he played very limited minutes off the bench which means his on/off numbers are impacted by playing against almost entirely opposing bench units.

Um, no sir. I watched the games and saw the job he did. Holiday was very productive off the bench especially defensively. His minutes were needed when Jalen had his struggles
