I'm glad your not an anti-homer although I still have my doubts. Since I don't know you I will refrain from calling you ignorant because no doubt that would show ignorance on my behalf. Here it goes.... Merriam Webster Dictionary Relevant: a. having significant and demonstrable bearing on the matter at hand b. affording evidence tending to prove or disprove the matter at issue or under discussion I stated that "ESPN had once again become relevant" In recent years there had been a virtual lock-out in coverage by the national media with regards to my (Homer) Houston Rockets! When ever they were mentioned it was usually to state the outcome of a game or that "X" player didn't want to come here. But now ESPN is giving us more than a rumor or a game stat sheet, they are affording evidence (information/analysis) regarding a player on our team. They have become relevant because they are providing this information, in this case a well written article about Harden's all-star caliber potential. ........................... ........................... ...........................
To answer your question, no and it isn't fair to try and discuss whether he could be a better scorer than Jordan. No one should go in that category. Maybe one day someone will make it to that stature again, but they have to prove it over several years first.
