Francis isn't a Stockton/Kidd like point guard, and never will be because he is a hybrid guard, but there are several ways we can make it so it is not a problem.

    1. Passing big man-Look at the top 5 scoring teams:
    i. Dallas-Nowitzki
    ii. Sacramento-Webber/Vlade
    iii. LA- Shaq
iv. Orlando-exception (McGrady is a phreak, and Miller is a point forward type, too)
    v. Minnesota-Garnett
All of these teams have 7'0ers who can pass the ball, and create for others. This is why getting Ming can be such a boost for us.

    2. Manipulating the Roster: So we have a hybrid PG, and a 20 ppg SG that get along both excel in iso situations and are signed/will be signed long term. To accomodate them, what is needed is an under control veteran....practically, the antithesis of Moochie. Someone must be added as either a backup PG, or point forward SF, that can lead a fast break. It must be done.

    HEB- sg3 can be EG.
