I've only been to the Voss location, but they seem to way overseason them.

I love seasoned fries, but I always get the regular at 5 guys.

    HORRIBLY OVERRATED!!!

I just ate there this evening at the one off Washington. The burger was major bland, no taste in the beef, grilled onions, pickles, etc. The fries were mostly burnt, I also don't need a whole bag of burnt fries, and $24 for two hamburgers and fries? Yeah, no thanks.

100%, ate there twice a few years ago, there's one not even 2 minutes away from my place and it isn't even an afterthought when I'm thinking about getting something quick and close. I don't know the lingo for it, but their fries are mostly burnt, but I think they're supposed to be like that, burger wasn't worth crap, Fuddruckers rapes this place, hard.

    Very overratted.

Fuddruckers for a good thick burger and Whataburger for the best burger.

Anyone tried Mooyah a burger? Locations include Katy, Webster and Deer Park. Was told they are pretty good.

7 months later, I'm pissed again that VanityHalfBlack posted a pic of a burger that isn't in Houston.

I've never once eaten at Five Guys, but now I'm really curious. All I heard a few years back was that it was the best burger joint around. Then we get one up near where I have been living (Huntsville) and all of my friends that have gone have said it's not all that great.

Is this one of those places that has struggled to maintain its quality as it has gotten bigger as a brand or has this place always been overrated?

Just eat a burger elsewhere. I know some people that talk like this is the greatest burger at all and it is not impressive in the slightest.

They had a Mooyah in N. Austin. It was very good...before it closed. Mighty Fine kicked it's ass.

SmashBurger is awesome, but expensive and nowhere near me. I like Whataburger, but it isn't anything super special.
