Dwight sucks only because of how everyone compares him to his previous seasons... My only gripe about Dwight is the opposing teams centers always seems to match his production of late.. Opposing centers have had good to great numbers against the Rockets this season.. So he's no t dominating like he's done in the past... But he's still a great center "presence " on the court... Just dont expect many dominating games in the future..

EXACTLY. That's where his expectations should be; anything short of that sucks. If you're supposed to be an All-Star and not fall in the top 5 centers in a soft era, you're not good. He might not even be as good Clint Capela in the near future.

I don't really see the problem with Dwight.

He's scoring less but that's fine, but I thought we wanted to stop posting him? He's taking less shots and is more efficent.

Per 100 POS, his rebounds are up, his blocks are up, his assists are up, his steals are up, his turnovers are down, and his fouls are down.

Ops list is horrible but not because of his conclusion that Dwight is not a top 10 center. It's because op doesn't even include some of the best young centers in the game right now. Where is Gobert? Valanciunas? It's like op doesn't follow basketball closely.

10+ centers that have arguments to be better than Dwight this year

    Cousins
    Gasol
    Gobert
    Valanciunas
    Duncan
    Jordan
    Lopez
    Whiteside
    Towns
    Pau Gasol
    Monroe

no jumping from the ft line? fail! :p

yeah, i too think op was confusing the future and status quo. if we're talking about the current, dwight is still among the best centers, though his best days have passed him by.
