Most of the times I hear someone talk about Barkley they mention the Suns and Rockets.. not many people even REMEMBER that he was a 76er.

I live up here in the NW and really started following the Rox after the Blazers traded Drexler to them. He was in the top 50 group as a Blazer and a member of Dream Team 1 and I think he goes into the HOF as one.

I still to this day despise of trader Bob because he broke apart a good team (I admit their window was closing) and brought in a bunch of thugs. Happy that Clyde got his ring and now I'm a Rocket fan.

    EWFD,

2 questions? How old are you and how old are the people you talk to? What do you mean most people don't even remember he was a 76er? Sure All-Star MVPs are easily forgotten. So is being named to the original Dream Team as a Sixer. That team was poorly put together anyway. A real bunch of slackers. Yes, Barkley had better team success as a Sun, but his legand was formed in Philly. Mind you, I'm only 22 but come on, Chuck is a Sixer.
