there are, he did great drives, got nice assist, nice spin moves. When you see how fluid Motie is on offense it almost feels he could score 30 easily.

Only the future will tell! From what I've seen thus far D-Mo has alot of talent but he need playing time that's the only way for us to know what he can bring to table in the future.

And I am just fine with that. In fact I completely support that line of action. I was just pointing out that you agreed with #2 which wanted us to renegotiate D-Mo's contract now

Everyone saying that its crazy to suggest DMo can average 19/8 (forget the assists) think about it this way.... Asik is averaging 11 points per game!!! You don't think DMo is good for an additional 4 FGs?

DMo has a very unique skill set.

    Elite footwork in the post
    Above average three point shot
    7 feet tall
    Good quickness

I have no doubt he will be the team's second leading scorer next season if we stand pat and make no moves. If he's on the court 32-35 minutes per game and he's 7ft tall I'm fairly certain he can fall into 8 Rebs per game. That's nothing special.

M-Mo looks so smooth on offense. It is almost effortless.

    Thanks for the video Normalus.

I think D-Mo can put up 15 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists a game consistently.

It may be the homer in me but I really think he is going to be a great player.

DMo had a bad game on the defense but so did the entire team. His defensive effort was much better against the bucks. It looked like he was out of position on defense a few times and it led to uncontested buckets by his man. His offense will continue to blossom.

His offense is not the problem. His defense on the other hand is horrible. That goes for rebounds also. He def has potential but I'm not ready to call him our guy moving foward at the pf spot. Neither him nor Trob have looked good yet although dmo has done really well on offense. With that said there both rookies finally getting playing time. So I'm not gonna make any assumptions about either yet. Iv seen alot of Trob and he looks lost but that's to be expected. Dmo looks like he knows what he's doing but there are some things that worry me. I think he will get alot better on d cause u can't be any worse then he is now. But ok not sure if he will ever be a very good rebounder. Time will tell but everyone needs to lay off on both guys. Dmo and Trob have alot of potential and our rookies lets wait and judge th at seasons end and see how they come back next yr with a summer and training camp with the team.

he was an elite rebounder in europe..he's a rookie getting used to the game..give him time. His offense is already potentially 2 or 3rd best on the team. Defense ALWAYS takes the longest to catch up in a player's game. He will be fine. He has the ability to rebound and be a high assists guy. Pairing him up with a guy like Asik is a great complement. All these knee-jerk reactions about the guy and its only his 2nd game starting. Same with DROB..you can't make any judgements for at least 20 games..at least. So relax and and enjoy the show

D-Mo has some nice post moves, a decent shooter, and clever passing the ball from the post. His defense is almost nonexistent, he makes Patterson and Morris look like Raja Bell and Ben Wallace.

We should call him E-Mo ... "Everyone has a career game against me."

    Nicholson was eating him alive.

Some great moves on offense though.

    how bout "No D-Mo?"

but seriously he has potential to be truly great on offense; 17 pts and he wasnt really playing well, a sign of a great scorer

on defense he just needs a little coaching and concentration, itll get better

I will reserve judgment on both guys until about 10-20 games into next season. Dmo, not having played a ton until now, and Robinson coming from a rotten situation and all.

The nice thing is that both have a great work ethic. In an ideal world, these guys would become best friends and work together all off season with Olajuwon. What they can't learn from him, they learn from each other.

The bad 1-on-1 defense is expected. He'll improve in that area. I'm liking what I'm seeing from him otherwise. Decent activity on the glass (better than I was expecting), very good passer, and he can put the ball in the hole.
