I mean c;mon.... wish the guy would just come out and say it instead of all the going home to northeast Ohio B.S. Plucks out the easiest situation possible next to Kyrie, all the young talent and Love. Second DWade starts to decline he's out. We all knew Lebron would stay in the East of course, but I think the Rockets with Bosh and no Parsons beat them in a 7 game series.
I'd say so. Although he makes any team hes on a contender. Its close though- and really depends on how healthy Wade would have stayed. If Cavs get Love its definitely easier. Hawks or Hornets might get a top 4 seed in the East now (because they can win the SE divison.) Let that sink in.
The rockets would have been an easier situation. Actually, there are tons of more options that would have been easier for Lebron. Kyrie and Love have won nothing.
the bulls or the clippers would be an easier situation than cleveland. kyrie is overrated. all flash and no substance. they don't even how david blatt will translate to the nba. their role players still aren't very good.
Cleveland, for LeBron was not a basketball decision. Did you read his heart-felt letter written by him? Yes, it was written by him and not his marketing team. His marketing team doesn't refer to Chris Bosh as CB & they don't refer to Mario Chalmers as "Rio".
If they manage to get Love without giving up Irving or Wiggins, that's a young, scary (shaky defensive) team.
Nope, another guy who just doesn't get it. LOL http://grantland.com/features/god-loves-cleveland/ What if LeBron James cared about making everything right in Ohio … but he also cared about protecting his ceiling as an artist? He couldn’t create what he wanted to create in Miami. Not anymore. This had quietly become 2009 and 2010 all over again — LeBron stuck on the wrong team, with the wrong teammates, being asked to do too much like he has been throughout his career. They weren’t bringing the best out of him. That much was clear.
YOU MAYBE RIGHT I think Cleveland is in the finals this year They may win . . they may lose but the Rest of the East is pathetic Miami will be . . at best what Indiana was this year . . . . Good team but not real threat I suspect they will be more like Chicago Good but none of them outside of Cleveland has a shot Rocket River
The Cavs are probably the best in the East imo. Kyrie Irving is better than Wade and Harden, with Irving and James thats the best 1-2 punch/duo in the East and their supporting cast is not arguably better than the Rockets now that Rockets may lose Parsons and lost Lin. So yes i think Cleveland will be a better choice for Lebron if he wants to win more rings. Kyrie has to stay healthy and the Cavs must continue to add depth. Cleveland's potential is better Miami's.
You don't get it. Kyrie hasn't proved much neither has the rest of that team. Kyrie has been a trouble teammate if anything. Lebron has to mentor these guys and babysit them.
The Cavs were 33-49.. their best player is an injury prone point guard who doesn't play defense. This isn't some free path for LeBron.
why is it w/ Lebron, people call it an "easier situation" ... w/ any other player the words would be a "better situation" obviously he doesn't leave Miami if they were in a better position to win more titles for the next 5 years. Bosh gets hate for not going to Houston, being in a better situation to win a title and instead taking more money with Miami. Lebron leaves more money on the table and goes to a better situation and he gets hated on
They can probably get Love without losing Kyrie or Wiggins. Love has pretty much promised to re-sign there. So yeah, that situation looks much better than the Miami situation going forward. LeBron might be able to contend there into his late 30s, like Duncan.
