this is silly talk. If Morey go for any one, it will not be Paul or Howard, it will be a PF. This team desperate need a better PF because McHale is not going to develop or don't know how to develop the one current on the roaster.

CP3 + Harden will work. It's just on the coach to give the ball to CP3 unlike what McHale's doing now. CP3 + HARDEN + DWIGHT. That's a sure winner. No more ISOs. It's CP3 all the way.

I hate Chris Paul so much!! I know hes good and im sure he could change my mind if hes in Houston. But It's almost impossible for me to imagine a world where I dont hate Chris Paul! I'd rather just get Howard, then wait for Kyrie to bolt out of Cleveland.

Of course he is doing something. He is standing there so whoever defending him have to stay out there with him. If he run in the into the lane, it will be clogged.

Definitely. Just not as good of a shot as you do with Howard, and that's not a very good shot to begin with.

Aim high! Daryl Morey always will give it a shot at the best first. Try to sell them both on a superteam in Houston. You make the best pitch you can ... the only harm comes in not trying. I know I sound like Tony Robbins, but that's their philosophy.

The Rockets will try to schedule a meeting. And I think Paul's camp will let the Rockets make their presentation and sales pitch to them.

Lol, we already have Lin locked up -- he's far superior to C. Paul.

Morey just started following both(Dwight & CP3) at the same time on twitter. That should tell us something.

Is it possible to sign both CP3 and DH? Does the money work? Would we have to do some sort of SnT for CP3?

That's because of the personnel and the fact that, when he doesn't have the ball, he's flat-out exhausted from his high usage. Harden was spectacular away from the ball in OKC with Westbrook/Durant, particularly at back cuts, and there's no reason he couldn't go back to that with an upgrade in personnel.

Well, if we get DH, Asik is probably gone. There is no way we are keeping an 8M backup center. If we get CP3, Lin will definitely get traded as well. The beauty of our team the way DM has constructed it, is that we have no bad contracts and lots of flexibility. Our team is very malleable. Morey has worked VERY hard to achieve this.

    He's not going

The guy pretty much runs the Clippers. He's player / GM / coach (you really think Del Negro is a playoff caliber coach?). Guys like Matt Barnes are on the roster because of Chris Paul promising a spot. He almost singlehandedly sent Bledsoe and DeAndre Jordan to Boston to get Garnett but Garnett turned it down. No other player has this much power, not even Kobe.

The guy is not gonna give it up

Would you rather be the player/GM/coach on a good team or just a player on a great team? It's not as easy as you make it sound. Paul does run the Clippers, but they're pretty much stuck. If he has a superior option for himself as a player, he's going to think about it.
