go look though Bosh's opponent for the year and look at some of the numbers they put up on him. Let me know who he D'd up
Nope, when Yao did not play, the Rockets split the remaining 4 games... Game 4: Bryant played 35 and Gasol 38. Game 5: Bryant played 31 and Gasol 32. Game 6: Bryant played 38 and Gasol 43. Game 7: Bryant played 33 and Gasol 41.
Yes, Morey should have a few, but from all talks from different resources, the rockets like Bosh very much. I just hope that we do not go for Amare if we can not get Bosh. We would like keep Scola rather than getting Amare.
Okay...well, I dont really have time to go through every game...I looked at Bosh's last 4 games. 2 games didnt have any big name players, so there is nothing to see there. Against Elton Brand, Bosh held him to 11 points and 6 boards. Against Brook Lopez, Bosh held him to 12 points and 3 boards.
I clicked 3 random games, I'll go through some more later 16/11 against Udonis Haslem 29/11 against Rasheed Wallace 24/11 against Zach Randolph
Personally, I'd only consider Martin (on court value) and Yao (value to the franchise) untouchable in S&T talks. As much as I love Battier, he's getting close to the end of his career and is no longer an elite stopper - making his offensive limitations more of a burden. Brooks is sizzling, but like Landry, it's smart to sell high on pure scorers, especially ones that don't fully deliver the traditional responsibilities at their position (Landry - rebounding, Brooks - facilitating others). I think you hold onto Chase to see how he develops, but would not break a deal for a franchise level payer to hold onto a very good bench guy. Ditto for Scola. He's a great guy, but given the opportunity to bring in a guy like Bosh at his position, I make the choice. Hayes, Ariza, Lowry, Andersen, etc...all helpful guys, but none are invaluable. We've got plenty of depth. We can move
Who is an old, alleged superstar? Are you talking about the 25 year old Bosh? Gets hurt a lot? Playing 70+ games a season does not equate to getting hurt a lot. He has averaged playing about 74 games per season in his 6 years.
Lol, I can do the same by clicking on random people that Bosh has shut down... But to make a point, Randolph has been averaging just about that all season...Randolph is very gifted offensively. Therefore, youre not proving much there...I never said Bosh shuts people down. The last game Bosh played, he help Casspi to 3 points. lol.
Ok, in that case...cant agree more. Amare has too many red flags...and that is someone that really lacks skill on the defensive end.
