I understand he has inefficient numbers but he's an NBA MVP, 4 time scoring champion, 3 time 1st team ALL NBA, 11 time All star. But is he a first ballot hall of famer?
Of course he is. <iframe title="YouTube video player" class="youtube-player" type="text/html" width="480" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/79WSHpMU894" frameborder="0" allowFullScreen></iframe>
Yes. No doubt. In his prime, he was the best scorer in the NBA. I think it also counts for something that he led the Sixers to the finals pretty much by himself.

Sure, he led that team to the Finals by himself... if you ignore the other guys on the court that were actually responsible for that team being a top 5 defense.
If I had a vote I would say yes! <iframe title="YouTube video player" class="youtube-player" type="text/html" width="480" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/fPWpOEK-_6E" frameborder="0" allowFullScreen></iframe>
if AI were a laker would this even be in question? that being said, hell yea!!! one of the G.O.A.T small guards!
Yes, one of the greatest 6 ft and under players in NBA history. An undersized phenom like Barkley who maximized just about every ounce of talent from his physical gifts, gotta respect a guy like that.
Honestly, how many truly GREAT seasons did he have? Most of his seasons are highlighted by awful shooting and offcourt issues, but people seem to just forgive those because "he's a volume shooter!!!111eleven!"
