Devin Harris is very inconsistent from one night to the next. One night he might score 40 on 50+FG%. The next night he is impersonating Rafer. It's not just one or two games. He's had quite a few of these off and on games.

It appears that the question has been answered with a resounding yes.

Sometimes it is great to be wrong. There was a poll on this forum months back asking what Brooks' future in the NBA would be and I believe I said he would be a 3rd stringer for a few years and then be out of the league. Shows what I know.

I don't know how good Brooks will end up being but he has already proven that he will at least be a main rotation player anywhere he goes.

All the other announcers especially the ex coaches rave about him...JVG calls him a game changer.

I don't know why it takes some fans so long to see how good he is...and how much pressure he puts on opposing teams.

The term Brooks supporters is code for get Rafer the hell out.

Brooks has surpassed everyones expectations. If he can remain consistent, he should take the starting role for the PG position earlier than planned.

The Rockets could be better with Rafer starting with limited minutes. I want to see what the Rockets can do with Rafer and everybody healthy.

Is fair to put a challenge in front of player. Brooks is a young player and its about seeing where a player stands. Brooks hasnt shown he's gonna back down from a challenge. If anything he's been more consistent with taking on challenges and playing well than Luther Head.

Brooks will have his off nights. There will be games he gets punished on the defensive end, but he's not gonna all of a sudden turn into John Lucas Jr cuz of it.

One more time, my entire point about VSpan was that Rafer sucked and VSpan should be getting some time to see if he was part of the team's future.

And, I think if he stayed Rafer would not be seeing any court time.
