Porter is confused. He is a scorer who can pass. Have patience with him. He will get better, but he will never be James Harden.

    Yes, he can be better.
Already joined the NBA younger than Harden, and had better stats in the first two seasons even with all off court dillema.

We should be grateful to what Harden did here, but to an extent that he lacked that extra effort and should not be considered a basketball god.

Maybe this "Rockets saved my life" click makes KPJ professionalism better than Harden's, and a better player is born.

I don't consider any person to be invincible or a God. I always want the best for KPJ. He needs guidance. I'm glad he feels humbled and appreciated by the Rockets organization.

KPJ is good and will be great. What we really need is more stable fans than you.

and somehow harden was supposed to carry this roster last year to the finals or be labeled a "choker", harden is so great he could easily get this team to the playoffs.. but they wouldnt be good enough to win in the semis or wcf. We saw what harden could do with cast offs like kenneth faried, corey brewer, kostas popaniklou, josh smith, joey dorsey, ariza, pj tucker.. the only star he legit played with was cp3( and not prime cp3)

Amen. They are all rotational NBA players this year or next. Green, Segun will be all-stars sooner or later. Jaygup has 6th man of the year potential in the short term. Garuba 1st team defense if he can have enough offense to stay on the floor.

we were patient with capela and dwight and countless others, and they never become good FT or 3pt shooters and it costed us championships

hire 20 shooting coaches before the seasons starts and ill be patient with them
helo brain! shooting is the single most important skill in basketball

Yes, you are right. When they run the length of the court they tend to curl their wrist.

Not saying it's a flaw. I believe Pau Gasol did as well. My Sengun comp.

That's like top 2 GOAT and another top 10 player of all time. You get players like that every decade?

I seem to recall Green being compared to MJ and Kobe ad nauseum.

Or was I just hallucinating that?

Yes he's really that good! Like he's going to be our Star! Not Jalen Green! The guy has good Lateral Quickness for a bigman. He has great IQ. Strong handles for his size and can shoot! KPJ and Sengun need to work on their chemistry together because those two are the Rockets future.

    Here’s a flip side:
Presti got not one, not two, but three MVPs in three consecutive years!! Isn’t that like your dream scenario?
And What happened? How many rings?
Turns out you cant’t pay the MVP#3 so you trade him for Kevin Martin and Jeremy Lamb.. And MVP#1 turned out doesn’t like to play with MVP#2 and bolts out….
So @D-rock showed you 4 examples where 1 guy is enough. How many examples can you show where staying bad for years and years have worked out? When even if things go like fairytale and you end-up with 3MVPs doesn’t work out, I mean…
