how easy do you think it is to overthrow a government? some of your posts almost come off as being inpatient that it hasn't happened already.

Not sure how he's impatient for saying that he hopes that the Iranian regime gets replaced...

Seems to be a pretty common sentiment.

I'd say not knowing the proper use of an apostrophe is worse than a typo.

Why all this talk about Obama getting ice cream? I mean, seriously? Im Iranian, so if anyone should be pissed about Obama/ice cream, it should be me.

What in the world is the guy supposed to do? Jeez, gimme a break. This is an Iranian issue, not an American one. If at any point, we get to the stage where another country needs to intervene, then maybe Obama can do something about it. Until then, let Obama eat all the steak, lobster, and ice cream he can get his hands on. This topic in this thread really needs to be dropped...and the focus should go back on the Iranians rallying together to bring about change.

Obama has really lived up to his timid and weak reputation on foreign policy matters. Asleep at the switch? Or just a poosey?

It's really blowing a hole in his naive strategy of 'sitting down with Ahmadinajad' and making bosom buddies with him...

The same Putin who Bush had previously said he could trust because he looked into his eyes and saw his soul? Oh yeah!

You can go back further and look at the revolutions in the late 80's against the Soviet Union, where George H.W. Bush reacted with the same caution as Obama. My memory might be a little hazy since it was so long ago, but I do recall the end result of those revolutions pretty favorable for the US.
