Get into world politics mode. It's not about whose fault it is. It's about what everyone wants and how to get it without blowing the world up. That includes us, Iran, Israel, Middle East, Palestine, Europe, China, Russia.... Right now, we aren't getting even CLOSE to what we want. We haven't got CLOSE to what we wanted for the past 4 years and that is because the Bush administration sucks at diplomacy. Maybe if they were a little smarter we wouldn't have to kill everyone to get what we wanted. That about sums up the administration.
Iran is a known terrorist supporter. Those fools would gladly supply Usama and his band of cowards with WMD so they can go kill innocent people somewhere (here). Iran is 15,000 miles away? Well the 19 terrorists who flew into the World Trade Centers managed to make it here from similar distances. Iran won't ever make it to having nuclear weapons - Israel will step in and crush them before it happens.
Those Iranian leaders must be idiots. What are they hoping to gain by making all these empty threats. It's as if they are begging to be bombed from their current stone age back to the Mesozoic.
First you connect Osama and Iraq, and now throw in Iran as well. Just because the countries sound the same dont mean that they are the same. Iran is full of shia's. if anything Iran would support anyone but OBL and his cronies. And that is exactly why USA shouldnt finger around with Iran. Iran hasnt done anything to the United States. Not only are we inviting more hatred towards our country, but we are increasingly becoming the blackeye in this world. Right, just like India stepped in and crushed pakistan from making them, or how the USA stepped in and stop N.Korea. The threat of someone making nukes is enough to keep others out of the country, and hence why no one mentions N. Korea when the talk of Nukes is being brought up. Only countries like Iraq, which dont really have any nucleur power are mentioned and attacked.

To follow up on Azadre's point. From Iran's POV Al Qaeda would be an untrustworthy ally at best. Considering that Al Qaeda is formenting a war against Shiites already in Iraq there is little reason to trust that Al Qaeda might not be tempted to use Iran supplied WMD on Iran or Iranian interests.

No he wasn't, those allegations were proved to be false...if you look at the pictures that were supposedly evidence of his involvement, they're two completely different people Just because their not friends of the US and dont accomadate the west, doesnt make them terrorists just go ask the lebanese parliament and the israelis after hezbollah kicked them out of southern lebanon in may of 2000 and liberated that country from yet another illegal israeli occupation let the Iran bashing continue...
Nuclear weapons are a 1940s technology. It is silly to think that we can go around the world stopping people from figuring it out.
