Iran Freed a Christian Pastor, Now Imprisons His Muslim Lawyer

International outcry... just for the attorney?

How about outcry for all the Iranian people who have been suffering under this oppressive regime since 1979? How about for the tens of thousands of people dead or in jail as the article mentions?

There are pastors and rabbis and imams all suffering in jail in Iran. All kinds of people, some people who have gone in never to be heard of again. Some Iranians have been waiting to hear from their family members for decades.

If you want to lend your support, lend it to all the people of Iran who are wilting under these crushing conditions while the leadership continues to live comfortably in their homes. The leaders don't care if the economy collapses. Their savings are not in Iranian currency. Their houses are not mortgaged. They don't care what the UN says - frankly who in the world cares what the UN says when it doesn't suit them.

You want to lend your support, start beating the drums of revolution progressively louder as we appproach their election next year. That's where the action is.

Also, I love how for everyone else it's "outcry", for Muslims it's "rage".
