Found it interesting that a week after Interpol warrents are handed down against officials of the Iranian government, there's a post in here claiming that the Iranian government has no ties to terrorism and another insinuating that their only offense - outside of the embassies, Beruit, Khobar, Iraq, etc, I assume - is some undiplomatic language; and whatever the Iranians did do it's overshadowed or justified or something by what the US has done in/to Iran. So I was wondering, what did the Argentines do to bring on the carbombs? And sorry, it was a Jewish community center they blew up, not a synagogue.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AMIA_Bombing According to wikipedia, jury is still out about whether this had anything to do with Iran or not. Anyway, having ties with terrorists is not enough to warrant any responses from US. (Well, we also have ties to many terrorists as well...) It is whether such a tie hurts our interests and also whether such damage is serious enough to warrant a response. For me, there is no meaning to label any country as a terrorists nation. But I suppose Fox News readers can easily go crazy when they hear this term...
i thought you were telling a joke. i was trying to set you up for the punchline, but you blew it! YOU BLEW IT!!!
