I was going to ask about this. I don't have an iphone, but I rode around Minnesota and Wisconsin last weekend with my cousin who had one with this free app. Why would someone spend $100+ when you can essentially get the same thing for free?
If it makes any of you iphoners happy, the g1/android has Co Pilot Live 8 GPS for $35 on their market. I don't think its as good as TomTom though.
People, including me, need a service where it's relays voice to you in where to turn... I believe it's also voice activated so you can speak stuff to it... Just a couple of features that would really make it like a traditional GPS.
