Engadget has some pictures people are taking from lines around the country. Looks like Baybrook made an appearance.
I went to ATT at 4:30 and there were 5 people in line....got two 16 GB and was home by 5:15. One is for my dad as a gift, debating if I will keep the other. If anyone is interested in a white 16g with 3G-Att/Wifi shoot me an email. at my username at gmail.com
Compared to Android, iOS multitasking sucks. I find it much more efficient on Android. iOS is more like pausing, with Android, i can surf the web, use turn by turn navigation, text, listen to music all at the same time (if i wanted to) and when a call comes through, it automatically pauses the music and then resumes once i'm done with the call. its pretty wild. thats about the main thing i missed on my ipad, coming from android, true multitasking.
When the lines get crazy long, do stores send someone out to tell people how many they have in stock to spare those who have no chance?
just got back from walmart in pasadena on fairmont. Got a black 16gb wifi. ghost town over there. I stood in best buys line for 30 min and they were all f'd up over there. Going on ebay for 750 lol. FREE MONEY!
