It will be a tie. They'll agree to help each other reach the second round. Donovan that mo fo Becks will spend the entire game chit-chatting about how much shopping they can do together AFTER the game.
US is 2-7 vs England. Very little doubt that both will be at the top of their group. But US would prefer to be on top of the group, for a better position in 2nd round.
