I don't know... they mentioned something about it with Battier on a flight to Denver even though they hadn't played the night before. Because it was the first night of a back to back... so he stayed in Houston instead to play the back end if I recall correctly. I'm not a doc so I have no idea if it's an issue or not, just another thought as to why the first game of the btb rather than the second.
He's probably just scared of the physicality of the celtics and being the next kevin garnett jerk move highlight HTML: http://pagesperso-orange.fr/nba-history/images/as/garnett_360_040516.jpg
But that really is the only thing Adelman can do to T-mac without verbally calling him out in public and it's the right thing to do for the team. Have you ever seen games where the whole starting 5 gets pulled by a coach due to lack of effort. Same principal. Adelman needs to make a statement to the team that there are no minutes given for poor effort no matter who you are or how big your contract is. T-Macs bluff needs to be called.
I don't disagree. I think the Rockets are perilously close to the point where they bench McGrady until they can move him.
that mo fo better not be a no sho against the hottest team in the nba. come on mac!!!! We dont need you agasint the sixers, heck we may not even need you against the celtics, just stay home.
don't let him play until he can play in 100% and right attitude. change players every other day is not good for team. it's ridiculous for that deal.
Adelman has no knee problem. Perhaps he should play SG/SF and TMac be the coach. At least we won't have the "heart" problem .
You are correct. There was no quote by anyone within the Rockets organisation saying which, game he is expected to play.
Yeah, all the things are unpredictable, wanna know the answer?focus on our ROX game, focus on the changeful T-MAC show, playing with heart or no_heart,no one knows until the game start...
