The United States, since the inception of the Nobel Prize, has been an educational powerhouse. Western Universities have florished for numerous reasons, the largest being economic prosperity. Do you know how the Muslim world has been doing economically since the inception of the Nobel Prize? No where near the levels necessary to facilitate academic success. Does this mean Muslims shun science and Europeans embrace science. Absolutely not. Without Islam, we would not be having this conversation right now. I like this quip -- The Jews don't have the economic strength of petroleum, nor the possibilities to force the world's media to see "their side" of the question. Are you not aware there is so much old money sitting in Jewish families that they were able to arm the militias in Israel to expel the Arabs from Palestine? Are you not aware the biggest brands in the world are Jewish owned? Or the fact one of the largest media outlets in the world, CNN, was purchased by a Jewish company? Jews are no more special than any other people on Earth. They are not more intelligent and cunning, successful nor powerful than any other group. More importantly, do not try to belittle Muslims to make Jews look good. It's asinine and uncalled for.

If you're trying to make some point about the inherent superiority of Jews to Muslims, you've failed miserably. The furthest date on your list is 1910, coincidentally around the same time Zionism was born and the Ottoman Empire began to crumble. The "Muslim World" has been in shambles since then and in a permanent struggle against colonialism. If this list was sincere, it would extend further back to show the contributions of Muslims like Averroes and Avicenna in the fields of science, medicine, philosophy, and mathematics.

An excellent point. Not only is this list unfair to Muslims, this list makes it look like the Romans and Greeks were a bunch of schmucks because they didn't win any stinkin Nobel Prizes.
