go look in the mirror for a few minutes. take a real honest assessment of what you see. you are not going to like it, and its going to be depressing. after that take a minimum of a couple of months break from clutchfans, maybe even the internet as a whole. get some exercise. your wife would not be angry if your post count would stay the same, while your waist size went down a little. maybe she would start looking at you like you are a real man again.
