I don't think the idea was to try to end the thread with an opinion and a closed mind, it was for people to post Instrumentals.

Herbie is great, so is FZ. they both belong, and I'm hoping the thread doesn't close because I've already seen a couple of things I like that I hadn't seen/heard before.

And while doing all the above, you didn't embed a video, unless you count your "quote" dismissing him/fz.

What can I say? Brilliant. John McLaughlin and Jean-Luc Ponty, along with the other amazing folks in this version of the Orchestra, doing Lila's Dance in 1975, from the LP. I saw this version live. Ponty was incredible, just as he was earlier in the decade with Zappa and the Mothers of Invention. Speaking of which...

(Ponty's solo is incredible. maybe someone has a complete copy)
