Who are the guys that won't fall past a certain pick? Money in the bank: Kwame Brown won't slip past Golden State at #5. GS may trade up to #1 to get him. Pau Gasol won't fall past #10/#11 to the Celtics. Eddy Curry/Shane Battier won't slip past the Bulls at #4. Curry is the local beast that Krause wants. If he's off the board, Krause will take Elton Brand's former teamate Shane Battier. The odds of them both being avaliable at #4 are slim in my opinion. Rodney White won't be avaliable at #8. If by some chance he is still there at #7, which would shock me in the first place, the Nets will take him and trade KVH. Fairly confident: Zach Randolph won't slip past Toronto at #17. He will help replace A. Davis GS will take Tinsley/Cook at #14 to play the point. ------------------ President of the (the Rockets first pick in the draft) fan club.
One of the centers I think Loren Woods or Haywood will be taken by the Pistons. ------------------ "Break off the block like Maurice Green" --- Steve Francis President of the Moochie Norris fan club.
I almost added that to my list. I think you are right. ------------------ President of the (the Rockets first pick in the draft) fan club.
I doubt he'll get close to this far, but I can say with great certainty that DaSagana Diop will NOT fall below #12/Seattle ------------------ Keep GP Homepage
Well, i think Pops said Chandler wouldn't fall past Golden State at 5, but if Kwame were available. I don't think Murphy goes past Boston at 11. ------------------ "norm, would you like to buy an indian scalp ? This deal isn't gonna make or break me Norm, so don't jerk me around." Harry Carey "Norm, if I had a mohawk scalp, I wouldn't be sitting here talking to you."
Eddie Griffin won't fall past #3 ------------------ "Chucky who? I thought we were talking about basketball?" Charles Barkley
Rodney White won't fall past #4. Have a gut feeling about that one. Shane Battier won't last past #7. If he's there when New Jersey's on the clock, I expect they'll take him then and there. Zach Randolph won't last past #15. ------------------
Tinsley won't fall past Seattle at #12...maybe not even #11. Gerald Wallace won't fall into the 2nd round...sounds obvious, but some have him down there. ------------------ Now saw off...there's nothing to see here.
While I can't speak as to Boston at 11, I don't see the Sonics drafting Tinsley. If Payton is retained, they will not draft a backup, especially giving the likely return of Emanual Davis, with a lottery pick. If Payton is traded, the Sonics would get a point guard in return. If the Sonics do draft a point man, it would be at 40 or 42. ------------------ Keep GP Homepage
BATTIER won't fall past #3. Put it in writing. Done deal, it's money, take it to the bank, 100% sure. ------------------ Don't EVER underestimate the Heart of a CHAMPION!
Radmanovic won`t rise past 18!!! He hasn`t shown much in Europe yet. I think he`s nearly as overhyped as Oyedeji was last year. They both played in relatively weak leagues and showed one great talent. Oyedeji could easily rebound against europeans while Radmanovic can easily score against europeans (in an even weaker league). In the upcoming european championship the yugoslavian frontline will not consist Radmanovic but Dragan Tarlac will start. He will need more time than Nowitzki or Stojakovic to contribute in the NBA if he ever will. Like I said earlier he is more comparable to Oyedeji but because he can hit shots and had good workouts he will be a first round pick . I just hope he won`t be Turkcan Pt.2 at Number 18.
It would be my feeling that Oyedeji showed a great deal of rebounding ability this season against NBA players. He lead the Sonics in rebounds per minute, and at the end of the season, when he finally got a chance to play, he grabbed 14 rebounds in one game. Oyedeji's future seems bright for a second-round draft pick. ------------------ Keep GP Homepage
DeSagana DIOP won't fall past 5. Pau Gasol won't fall past 10. Eddie Griffin won't fall past 3. ------------------ Go Rockets Go!
