    it’s infuriating

what they are doing in TX, and specifically Harris County, is outrageous and a huge deal

Harris County is literally their biggest Democratic stronghold in TX

Do we think the GOP will just stop with Harris County and not do this in other cities or states?

but nah, nothing to see here…instead, let’s blast the latest Trump lie or talk about the latest nonsense from MTG

If you’re not scouring the depths of Twitter, how would most people even know about this?

CNN? MSNBC? AOC who loves to yap on Twitter to her millions of followers? Biden? Anybody. Where are y’all at?

I want them to be screaming about this from the rooftops. Hardly anyone even knows about this. This should be part of the national discourse, it’s that big of a deal.

I shouldn’t be hearing about this from democracydocket.com or from a paywall Houston Chronicle article or Sawyer Hackett on Twitter

if a bunch of prominent Dems have been shedding light on this, then I’ve missed it

Biden has criticized Texas and other states over moves like this. The problems is that there is very little that National Democrats can do in Texas given the weakness of the Texas Democratic Party.

What's that in the corner? It's a Dorbit. What's a Dorbit? It's when you put on an Orbit costume and walk around the Heights knocking on doors.

    No taxation without representation!

Let's go throw some Texas tea in the governor's swimming pool.

Same, I didn't vote for these a**holes and I wish they would do the right thing but the gop is going for complete power so if and when they lose an election they can simply overturn it

The GOP can never let Texas turn blue. Their entire donor class is in west Texas. For them to lose Texas would be the end of the republican party. They'll destroy harris country before they let the state go blue

Peaceful protests in the thousands every day might do something. I'd take some vacation time for that...

One would assume DOJ has their head out their ass to immediately step in and take action to strike this nonsense down. I can’t even imagine SCOTUS allowing this to stand.

Otherwise Cali, Wa, etc all should take this law verbatim and blast this law out for all of the red counties in their state.
