Well i hate to break your heart but if Skip keeps chucking and bricking then Steve might have a shot there. But knowing our coach he will leave skip out there. I agree with you with Aaron though. What a difference a year makes and look at him now.

I'm still shocked that people thought this team would be completely healthy because the players came off surgery.

If anything that should of been a sign we wouldn't be healthy.

That hurt me when I saw Ron Ron turn his ankle, he's got big balls and is a true warrior coming out to play against the Mavs tommorrow.

I'll be seeing the Rockets in Whorelando this Saturday night, & I demand full roster value for my bucks.

If anybody remembers back to last season when the knee issue first surfaced, the team wanted him to get a MRI, but Tracy refussed..........his words were...."I don't want to get the MRI, because I'm scared what they might find".

I think we would've been better off if he got the MRI last season and shut it down, playing on a bum knee will do nothing, but raise the chances of damaging your knee permentally....you don't mess around with knee injuries.

i think you got the opposite. tracy was the one who wanted the MRI. the docs said it wasn't necessary b/c it's only "soreness."

well, when they did have the MRI, tracy was proven right. feign reiterated this point in his blog last night.

i think they should still do the MRI to see why the pain isn't going away.

Man, can't you guys just be happy that nothing (at this point) is serious, and that all 3 plan to play tomorrow?

If they are hurting, they are expected to play. If they are injured, then they sit. All 3 have been inconsistent, so don't try and single anyone of them out. If you can play, you play.

Whats frustrating is that after having surgeries early in the off season, i expected TMAC and Shane to both come in ready to play, and full of energy. Instead we have a bum TMAC, a hobbled Shane, and BOTH say they'll have to play with pain the whole friggin year. So frustrating. :(

Why........a average knee scope (like the procedure that the Rockets FO lead us to believe he got) isn't a major surgery, there's obviously something fishy going on with Tmac's knee that we aren't hearing.

Look at Andre Johnson....his knee injury was much worse than Tmac's and had two different scopes on it......the last one just a few months before the season started. All A.J. did was come firing out of the gate and claim his place as the best WR in the NFL.

Shane Battier's surgery was suppossed to be just a minor foot surgery, but now he's saying he's going to have to play through pain the entire season......which leads me to believe he might have some arthritis forming in the foot.

and then....Look at Tmac's shoulder surgery......just a normal shoulder surgery, but now he has a arhritic shoulder that's going to require even more surgery next season.

This isn't just the "ho hum......it takes a while for these guys to heal", it's a "Crap! none of the offseason surgeries we have performed have been successful".

Well accept for Rafer's surgery.....he's the only one that hasn't had any problems and had a trully succesful surgery.

    I'm very relieved right now.

I don't care about the negative opinions about McGrady. He REALIZES that he has a history of being injured, so why hate on him for thinking about the POTENTIAL for another? I know some of you call it complaining, but if you put yourself in a similar situation, you would be wary of your body's limitations in any given moment, too.

Best news is from Yao, by far.

It is time, however, to maybe trade Luther for someone who COULD fill part of Tracy's role when or if he goes down with an injury.

Bring back Cuttino!!! Kidding...but this team needs a double-serving of insurance on everyone.

When Tmac complained about being sore or sick, ect. ect. ect. I would dog on him a little bit...........but knee pain is different, so I don't have anything negative to say about him, if you have a bum knee you can't play....I don't care how tough you are. He needs to have the MRI though, because this situation is seriously starting to remind me of Domanick Davis.

Francis can't run an offense like Rafer can, there is no dispute that rafer has a horrible shot most of the time. This team isn't built for a shoot first point guard.

Maybe your right maybe your wrong but i wouldnt say that so fast. Look at Aaron Brooks. He is a shoot first point guard. Steve is a shoot first point guard but he does pass the ball also. The game against the suns says it all. The older you get the more mature you tend to be.
