So what if he is 5' nothing. If he has a standing reach of 9 feet, he is tall enough.

He most certainly does. Montiejunas is not a threat outside of 10 feet or so, and while Jones isn't the best jump shooter, he can take guys off the dribble to the rack and he's been shooting the three well this year too.

These replies are Lolz. You stated he's 6'10 in such a matter of fact manner. I just pointed out that he's quite obviously not near 6'10.

I actually don't know what you were even talking about. Just wanted to clear up the misinformation that he's 6'10. Btw, the point is he's visibly quite a bit shorter than Bullard for those of us who can't connect dots. NBA measurements are never accurate so it's whatever. Believe what you will.

For those saying that we aren't missing Jones, I beg to differ. If you have noticed over the last few games our offensive production has gone down, we aren't scoring as much and we are asking Dwight and Harden to do an awful lot. Defenses are honing in more on them than they could if we had a healthy TJ on the floor.

We only managed to score 88 points tonight against a team that hasn't won a game yet and just gave up 123 points the night before, 73 in the first half alone. Harden minutes have gone up recently, which is troubling because if it continues we will have a repeat of last year and he will run out of gas by the time the playoffs start and not be effective.

We need TJ because other than Ariza he is the only other player on our roster capable of scoring in the 20's and grabbing double digit boards when Harden and Howard are having off nights.

I like K-Pap, I like D-Mo but neither of them are scoring points for us right now.

Hoping Jones and Bev can heal soon.

In the mean time, I hope Canaan and D-Mo can amp up and get some experience. They need to get better. And Canaan is looking great so far. And D-Mo is looking more comfy.

I'm 6'1" but I bet I can be 6'5" easily in the NBA.

Chuck Hayes played like he was 7 feet tall, though, he wasn't close to that height.

Hmmm. Draft combines measured him at 6'9.5 in shoes unless the dude shrunk.

I know nerve issues are crazy and unpredictable as far as when they'll heal and when they'll resurface, but our broadcast team did not sound like they thought TJones would be back anytime soon. And those guys always put a positive spin on everything about the Rockets players.

Maybe we should be prepared to have Jones out until the end of December.

I noticed that too in their comments. It's unfortunate because we could be really scary with a fully healthy team, but it's also life in the NBA.

I'd hope with all the subsequent injuries that Westbrook has suffered, they no longer think Bev is the reason the dude misses games.
