Well, I'd be surprised if he doesn't miss at least a week of games. Not trying to sound pessimistic but, the fact the injury is on his shooting elbow will make it hard for him to come back right away IMO.
I did some looking and the most recent torn ligament in an elbow i found was charlie villanueava in 2006. he was originally diagnosed to miss 4-6 weeks. if fran's assertion that they medical staff is concerned is a tear that's what we look at i guess.
my cousin, who is a resident, saw him entering the hospital in a wheel chair.........thats all he knows though
I'd say a week would be pretty optimistic. If it is a strain then it will take at least that long for swelling and motion to get back to normal, maybe longer.
Brace yourselves, he is going to out for a while - I am talking weeks. Nonetheless, it is well with us.
Well I for one won't sleep until I hear some official updates. It's better to sleep on it than to wake up the next morning and then having to find out. Good luck T-Mac, hope you're not hurtin' too bad.
this injury update is gonna decide our season.. WOW so much on the line.. im just so nervous and waitin to hear the news if t-mac is ok or not. i said that this is the year we go all the way or not even makin the playoffs.. maybe stevie can help out?? i dunno im just soo stressed about this injury like my history mid-term..
I have never been this anxious since I opened up my letter from Texas A&M to see if I got accepted or not.
i sent my cousin a txt message, but he didnt respond (he's at work)... i hope it's pretty normal for them to put people with any injury in a wheel chair...back in the day, when i had a cast put on a broken arm, they made me leave in a wheel chair....Also, if they think it might be a tear, im sure they dont want you walking around in pain....hospital's take extra precautions these days, not to get sued... i hope it's not a tear. im praying
