I agree and would be in even more favor of your comment if he and Ariza were the only SF defenders on the team but signing Mbah is looking like a great move right now. I'm sure they knew PJ had this injury which is why they went out and got Mbah. Relax bro we don't need him in the pre season we need him in the reg and PO.

I kind of love when Clutchfans goes into self-sulk mode. If Clutchfans hates it.. it will be great.

PJ Tucker must have walked past Keith Jones. Fall into that guy's orbit and you're doomed! Harden, why didn't you warn your new teammate?

The old "My hamstring is bothering me so I'm going to have to sit out of training camp but I'll be good to go at the beginning of the season" trick.

I hope this is just a vet move he's pulling.

Hamstring injuries suck and can linger, but they already said it was minor and they're just being cautious. And SF is probably our deepest position now. Everyone else is healthy and ready to go. This is probably the healthiest we've been in years.

Not a big deal (not unless it turns into a big deal). This highlights my biggest concern for the season, even if this is a little bump in the road (and how we hope it is!). What would that be? The infamous "i" word, which I try not to actually say for possibly superstitious reasons (I'm not superstitious! OK, maybe I am with the "i" word and the Rockets - who could blame me?).

I'm convinced that if the team can avoid anything significant with this unspoken issue, we will go far this season, regardless of where MeloYellow ended up. I like who we have, and I don't think Morey is through. It may take until around the break, but he'll do something sneaky. Maybe before, in my opinion.

Hamstrings are bad. Hopefully we get good luck and he doesn't pull it at some point.

So you're saying the contract was a wise move? I am trying to understand what you know about the situation.

please tell us why it was a terrible mistake to sign a 3 and D veteran wing, who brings much needed energy and toughness that can guard multiple positions for a measly $8 mil per.

we would all love to understand this

Yet everyone wanted a 33 year old Carmelo Anthony?

As far as Tucker's defense go.... it is pretty damn good, bordering on elite. He also shoots over 40% on 3's is nasty and plays within a system. Not sure what you want for the MLE exactly.

A lifetime .350 3 point percentage and D (never on an all-team defense team) BACKUP veteran who will be almost 37 years when his contract is up. Does that help you understand this?
