I can't identify them, they appear to be flying, and they may very well be objects... so yes, they are UFO's. Hide the women and children, call in the military, we're all doomed.

I don't know if there are aliens. But when I was 8-9 years old, living in the country in the middle of nowhere, I had recurring dreams that looked pretty much exactly like this video- I would be looking up into the night sky and see a group of lights going over in a V formation.
I'm pretty skeptical and doubting of 98% of UFO footage or so-called sightings. But, the one credible event I think you could given some validity to is ... the Battle of Los Angeles (Official account of it, sounds worst than any conspiracy that anyone could come up with, I think it would be pretty unlikely for a helium balloon stay afloat, when its being pumped with all of that ammo). It was just a very weird story, and alot of unusual stuff going on.
