I'm worried about this. I read that Lucas has been pitching this script/idea for like 5+ years. Harrison thought it was no good. Neither did Spielberg. Lucas told them "my way or nothing" and they eventually gave in. Given Lucas' recent track record for movie scripts and ideas - *cough* star wars *cough* - I'm not too optimistic about this. But Indiana Jones rocks. So I'll watch it anyway.
The rumored stuff about aliens(I've avoided reading spoilers, so this is just speculation on my part) concerns me. And I saw the name Roswell in one shot in the teaser, so it sounds like those rumors may pan out.
Watching them again recently, only the first was actually that good. I liked the second one for nostalgia's sake, and the third was just pretty bad with some good parts. I'll see the 4th one, but I don't have much hope for it.
That was pretty good. Ford is pretty crusty, but hopefully he has a little charm left, or at least can channel old Indy...
Here's previous last time Harrison Ford played Indiana, glad he's got another crack at it. <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/kcwEIs5_z7E&rel=1"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/kcwEIs5_z7E&rel=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object> http://youtube.com/watch?v=3MgqOabUS0A
Indiana Jones teaser trailer Ok. Harrison Ford is older than dirt. Up until now this film has seemed like a bad idea to me. But after watching the teaser, I can't help it. I'm excited. Considering Harrison Ford hasn't been in a watchable movie in over a decade, I doubt I'll watch this, Indy or no.
