WTF are you talking about? If the game clock shows tenths of a second then you do ... If it doesn't show tenths then the clock will say 1 second until there is actually 0 seconds left
It's amazing how this team crumbles when something goes wrong ... Guess that's the nature of playing so many underclassmen

just because it's not on the scoreboard doesn't mean it's not accounted for. ever notice how the refs don't blow the whistle as soon as the play clock hits zero?
Why not give C. Michael 35 carries per game? I don't get it? Because Johnson hasn't thrown many picks?
I am guessing that it has something to do with him being a true freshman and not wanting to get him killed.
Really? I see true freshman running free like wild deers all the time. AP got 100 yards every game his freshman year.
I took the high snap over the punter in the third to be the final cue that it was time to take a nap.
Umm, NFL and College Football do have tenths of a second on the clock. This is not the NBA or College Basketball. Have you EVER seen an NFL or NCAA football game with 1.4 seconds left or .3 seconds left in a game??? NO. <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/nJpuj7RLK0U&color1=0xb1b1b1&color2=0xcfcfcf&hl=en_US&feature=player_embedded&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/nJpuj7RLK0U&color1=0xb1b1b1&color2=0xcfcfcf&hl=en_US&feature=player_embedded&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
For the record, when I made that post, Johnson was like 16/25 with a TD and no picks. He started to come unhinged in the second half, but he had a very solid first half. Also, I will say that while McGee had some better seasons, Johnson has managed to piss me off WAY LESS than McGee ever did. He has had some accuracy issues, but he's also managed to throw fewer interceptions than any other quarterback in the big 12, while at the same time throwing more touchdowns. (before the game anyways, not sure now) I think that's pretty damn good. But, I'm as disappointed with this loss as any other Aggie. Utter trash.
I have....wish I remember what game I was watching, though. As most have said, though, it doesn't mean the portions of a second don't exist. They are just represented differently on the clock. i.e. the clock will read :02 until all the tenths between two and one are gone, then it will read :01.
Let me think about it ... umm yes I have, it was actually yesterdays game! When they showed the replay of the end of the half on ESPN they superimposed the game clock on top of the replay and it had tenths of a second going. Just because it doesn't show the tenths of a second on the ESPN scoreboard line doesn't mean there are not tenths of a second in the stadium and there obviously was or they wouldn't have been able to show that on the replay so again, you have no freaking clue what you are talking about. Its all a moot point anyway ... With the way A&M's special teams played, it probably would have been blocked and returned for a TD anyway.
