Well there was another guy there, and it sounds strange. Did she ever say who the guy was or how they met? Maybe she's interested in him, but they were too new, and so wanted someone she was comfortable with to be there and give him the thumbs up or thumbs down? Maybe she was telling you about how she broke up with her old boyfriend so that you didn't think poorly of her for going out with the model looking fellow. I don't really know, or understand what she was doing. She could just be a friendly touchy kind of person. She wanted to hug you, and was "feeling him up" at Starbucks. She might be more tactile than you are used to and it really doesn't mean anything. Of course maybe she has had a crush on you, and felt hurt that you were married, and now wanted to throw a new "hot" model guy in your face, and hope that it hurt you a fraction of the way she felt hurt because of your significant other.
First she tried greeting him using various Asian words for "hello", then when she was spending an inordinate amount of time in the bathroom washing her hands, he went to check on her. It was then that she farted in his general direction.
