I think Wizard's would be a good place for the inaugural meeting. Not the hippest joint in town, but once we're all together we can discuss other places and maybe move it around some. I love watching games at the Angry Dog in Deep Ellum, so maybe we can do it there a time or two.

Can I just say: You rock, Rocketman95! What a great idea!

Does Angry Dog have the league pass? I've been wanting to try it out!

Wizards may not be hip, but they've got shuffleboard!!

I don't know about the League Pass, but they have the best damn burger and hot dog in town.

Oh, so it's some shuffleboard action you're looking for. Well then I have one thing to say to you:

    IT'S ON LIKE DONKEY KONG!!!

Actually, I discovered this weekend that I really suck at shuffleboard. So, you will kill me.

humperdinks (75 and campbell) was a pretty reliable rocket haunt back in the day. my experience was that as long as you call ahead and promise a big group that includes no fewer than three ge-u-wine, card-carrying alcoholics, they're usually pretty good with accomodating your wish to watch a certain game.

and to cut everyone off at the pass, i'll go, but i ain't calling. organization ain't my thing.

I'll take care of calling a place if we all agree on one.

Since the only place I have been to is Wizard's, I am cool with whatever place you guys decide.

Anywhere is fine with me. I've only been to Humperdinks (and then only to the ones in Arlington and the one on Belt Line in Addison), and that place is fine. But I'm open to anywhere.

I've been to Humperdinks in Las Colinas, but not out by 75 (even though I lived there). Wherever is cool... besides, if it sucks, you guys will be the first to know after this game... :p

So we are meeting at Humperdinks in Richardson or at Wizards? I'm confused...

Or has anyone called the list I made up of an earlier post in this thread? Maybe one of them has NBA League Pass....

Still haven't got an answer from the above post. I passed up Wizards on 75 and it doesn't look bad. Does anyone know if they show the NBA League Pass there? What's the deal guys?
